Deal Structure
A new Limited Liability Company will be formed to hold title to Hidden Lakes Lot 44 and the new LLC will contain the operating agreement of the Members.
Currently up to a 2/3 membership interest in the LLC is available for purchase.

A 33.33% membership interest is $250,000 and entitles the Member to 4 months (one prime summer month) per year.
