  1. Rancho Cancion is a master planned community that consists of Rancho Cancion East (42 lots ranging in size from 1.5 acres to over 11 acres), and Rancho Cancion West, (150 lots ranging in size from 16,000 square feet to over 8 acres).
  2. The main access to Rancho Cancion will be one mile east from Houghton Road on Escalante to Melpomene. Melpomene south to the project will be constructed to City of Tucson standards as a 100 year all weather access. As Melpomene Road meets the entry gate to Rancho Cancion, it becomes Paseo Melodioso. Paseo Melodioso is the main arterial road that links Rancho Cancion East and Rancho Cancion West.
